Gourmet Dining Group in Hong Kong is seeking a professional Bartender to join our on-site bar team in Central. You will prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, craft cocktails, and ensure smooth opening and closing procedures.

With a minimum of two years’ relevant experience and knowledge of whisky and wine, you will collaborate with a dynamic team, maintain stock and cleanliness, and contribute to exceptional guest experiences. Mandarin bonus; English + Cantonese required.

Qualifikationen

Responsibilities:

• Prepare alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages, and cocktail with mixed ingredients
• Adhere to all standards of opening & closing procedures
• Perform stock take and monitor the inventory level of liquor, wine, spirits and bar related supplies to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain adequate stock level for smooth bar & restaurant operations
• Monitor the cleanliness & tidiness of the bar area to ensure full compliance to the safety and sanitary requirements
• Ensure that all food & beverages service is provided in an efficient and pleasant manner in order to guarantee our guests with enjoyable and pleasant experience

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience
• Knowledge in whisky & wine is preferred
• Team player, outgoing, confident and dynamic personality with positive mindset
• Good command of English & Cantonese. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus

Candidates with more experience will be considered for the post of Senior Bartender.
