Job summary

The Hong Kong Jockey Club is seeking a seasoned risk professional to develop and maintain its Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERMF). You will work within the Security, Integrity and Information Security Division to roll out ERM policy, risk assessment, response and monitoring activities across the organization.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years of finance, operations or ERM experience and hold postgraduate qualifications, with strong analytical and governance skills to engage with SMEs and

Qualifications

• University degree required.
• 5–7 years in finance, operations or ERM.
• Postgraduate professional qualification(s) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERMF).
• Support ERM policy, manual and the Three Lines of Defence model.
• Support an appropriate Enterprise Risk Governance model by understanding structure and hierarchy.
• Support Enterprise Risk Reporting and Monitoring, including Board/Management reporting.
• Assist divisional rollout to implement ERM Policy through workshops and SMEs.
• Facilitate ERM activities including objective setting and event identification.
• Conduct risk assessment, risk response and monitoring of top risks.
• Support phased delivery of Risk System solutions.
• Engage with First and Second Line SMEs for knowledge and data sharing.
• Support other risk initiatives on request.
