Finance Systems Transformation & Architecture
- Strategic Modernization: Define and execute the finance systems roadmap to automate manual tasks, streamline operations, and increase financial data integrity.
- Architectural Synergy: Ensure all finance software integrations, system builds, and workflow designs align with the broader Group IT landscape and data models.
- Automated Controls Integration: Incorporate automated internal controls, segregation of duties (SoD), and audit trail tracking directly into system architecture during the design phase.
Candidate Qualifications
- Risk & Controls Expertise: Proven experience building and implementing ERM frameworks, internal control mechanisms, and financial governance policies.
- Systems & Process Proficiency: Demonstrated track record in finance systems implementation or transformation, backed by a strong foundation in accounting logic and financial workflows.
