Job summary

Cathay Pacific is seeking a Project Manager - Subsidaries to lead the planning, execution and delivery of multiple IT initiatives across subsidiary units. The role focuses on delivering outcomes within time, budget and quality targets while shaping project management practices across the organization.

You will work with diverse stakeholders and gain exposure to enterprise delivery, IT operations and business transformation in a dynamic, 24x7 environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of IT experience with at least 5 years in project management.
• Experience delivering large-scale IT projects across multiple business units.
• Experience managing OPEX budgets and cross-functional teams.
• Exposure to AI, automation and digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion within time, budget and scope.
• Develop plans, resource needs and delivery approaches to achieve objectives.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to drive strategic outcomes.
• Coach and mentor teams and vendors; promote accountability and high performance.
• Communicate progress, risks and issues; support mitigation planning.
