Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT experience with at least 3 years in EA, solution architecture, or governance.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/SE or related field.
• Experience with enterprise application ecosystems, integration patterns, lifecycle management, and design authority.
• Hands-on Azure Cloud experience and basic cybersecurity architecture.
• Familiarity with TOGAF and active participation in ARBs.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin).
• Certifications in Cloud Architecture, TOGAF, or Cybersecurity are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Establish and govern the overall enterprise architecture vision, standards, reference architectures, and multi-year roadmaps.
• Build and lead architecture review boards (ARBs) and governance frameworks.
• Direct architectural design and modernization for ERP, finance, operations, and workplace applications.
• Define enterprise integration strategies across API management, middleware, event-driven patterns, and hybrid cloud.
• Evaluate vendor proposals and strategic tech investments against scalability, security, and lifecycle cost criteria.
• Drive the adoption of modern cloud capabilities (Azure), IoT technologies, and Responsible AI integration frameworks.

• Direct the architectural design and modernization for core business platforms, including ERP, finance, operations, and workplace applications.

• Define enterprise integration strategies across API management, middleware, event-driven patterns, and hybrid cloud environments.

• Rigorously evaluate vendor proposals, third-party software, and strategic tech investments against scalability, security, and lifecycle cost criteria.

• Drive the adoption of modern cloud capabilities (particularly Microsoft Azure), IoT technologies, and Responsible AI integration frameworks.

skills & experience required.

• 8+ years of progressive IT experience, with at least 3 years in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, or Technical Governance roles.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Proven expertise in enterprise application ecosystems, integration patterns, lifecycle management, and design authority practices.

• Practical technical experience with Microsoft Azure cloud ecosystems, enterprise integration strategies, and fundamental cybersecurity architecture.

• Direct experience with formal EA frameworks such as TOGAF and active participation in Architecture Review Boards.

• Fluent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin).

• Professional certifications in Cloud Architecture (e.g. Azure), TOGAF, or Cybersecurity are highly advantageous.
