Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of IT / digital project management experience.
• Minimum 2 years of team lead / scrum master experience preferred.
• Degree in Computer Science / IT / e-Commerce / Digital or related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand business logics and system design with a frontend focus.
• Lead projects in scrum / agile to enhance digital platforms for customer acquisition and retention.
• Coordinate with dev team to deliver integrations with external products.
• Manage internal and external partners (vendors and consultants) in delivery and troubleshooting.
• Lead the dev team to deliver UAT & production deployment.
• Oversee cyber security monitoring and coordinate with infrastructure for timely action.
• Demonstrate strong time management, communication, and prioritization under pressure.

About the role

• Work closely with business / product owner to understand business logics and system design with a strong focus on frontend development.
• Lead projects in scrum / agile to enhance digital platform to support customer acquisition and retention.
• Work closely with dev team to deliver solutions of integrating with external products.
• Manage both internal and external partners, including vendors and consultants, in solutions delivery and troubleshooting.
• Effective negotiating, time-management, and communication skills
• Lead the dev team to deliver UAT & production deployment.
• Lead cyber security monitoring and work closely with infrastructure team for timely action.
• A quick learner to understand business requirements and data flow.
• Self-Confident, ability to work under pressure and prioritize workload.

About You

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in IT / Digital project management or related experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working as team lead / scrum master preferred
• Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / e-Commerce / Digital or related discipline preferred.
• Certification of PMP/ PSM 1 or 2 will be a big advantage.
• Experience in Microsoft Azure would be an advantage.
• Experience in API management / Development would be an advantage.
• Experience in C# development / MS Studio would be an advantage
• Experienced in digital transformation / e-commence development would be an advantage.
