Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group is seeking a Senior Data & AI Architect to own the enterprise data strategy and AI roadmap within a global organization in Hong Kong. You will shape data foundation across ERP, CRM and platforms.

Lead governance, MDM and data quality, work with business leaders to translate requirements into scalable data and AI architectures, and oversee API, ETL/ELT and modern data pipelines with privacy and regulatory compliance in mind.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data architecture, data engineering and enterprise integration.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, DS or IS.
• Experience with ERP/CRM ecosystems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Dynamics, Salesforce).
• Proven data governance and data management capabilities.
• Hands-on AI/ML / GenAI experience, production-ready.

Responsibilities

• Own global enterprise data architecture and data foundation.
• Define MDM, data governance, data quality, privacy and security standards.
• Shape AI/GenAI roadmap and automation opportunities.
• Lead data migration, integration, ETL/ELT, APIs and modern pipelines.
• Translate business needs into scalable data/AI designs.
• Evaluate technologies, run architecture workshops and vendor assessments.
