The British Council is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our Sales and Customer Service team in Hong Kong. You will consult with prospective students across in-person, online, and phone channels to recommend English language courses and services, while meeting sales targets and maintaining CRM data quality.

Competenze

• Proficiency in English equivalent to CEFR B2.
• Proficiency in Cantonese equivalent to CEFR C2.
• Experience of working in a sales, consultancy, or advisory role in a customer-facing environment.
• Knowledge of basic sales techniques, such as questioning, matching needs, and handling objections.
• Excellent emotional intelligence, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English equivalent to CEFR C1 level.
• Experience of working in education, training, or language teaching sales.
• Experience of cross-selling or up-selling products and services.
• CV in English uploaded.
• Salary: Pay band 4.
• Contract type: Indefinite.
