Job summary

JLL in Hong Kong is seeking an Engineering Manager to oversee technical operations for a major investment banking client’s corporate offices and a COLO DC in Hong Kong. Based on-site in Central, you will lead on-site technicians, operations staff, and vendor partners, ensuring compliance with global standards and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent professional qualification in Building Services, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Facilities Management.
• Minimum 5 years of practical experience in Engineering, Data Center Operations, and Management.
• Background in managing complex building systems and critical infrastructure.
• REW B0 certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
