Job summary

HKBN Engineer - Switching Network is a role in Hong Kong for maintaining and upgrading network health and reliability. You will monitor, upgrade systems, perform backups, and provide 2nd tier support to internal teams.

The ideal candidate holds a diploma or higher in CS, understands TCP/IP/LAN/WAN and basic switches & routers; shell scripting or programming knowledge is a plus. 7x24 shifts are required with a monthly allowance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in CS or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Internet services and applications.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, basic switches & router configuration.
• Shell scripting or programming languages is an advantage.
• 7x24 shift duty is required (with monthly allowance provided).
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• 1-year experience in network field is an advantage.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Engineer.
