China Harbour Engineering Co Ltd is seeking a Degree or above in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 years' on-site E&M experience in Hong Kong. You will assist the E&M manager to check and vet design & construction proposals and drawings, create and maintain BIM models, and manage drawing/information registers for projects.

Collaboration with various parties is required, with immediate availability preferred.

Formación

• Degree or above in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant site experience in E&M works.
• Professional qualification from recognized institutions (e.g. HKIE, CIBSE, MIET, MIMech, etc.) is preferable.

Responsabilidades

• Assist E&M manager to check and vet the E&M design & construction proposals and drawings;
• Create and maintain BIM modeling works for construction projects and maintaining a drawing/ information register;
• Collaborate and liaise with various relative parties to resolve the issue with BIM Models;
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirements

Degree or above in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent;

Minimum 5 years of relevant site experience in E&M works;

Professional qualification in engineering from recognized professional institutions.(e.g. HKIE, CIBSE, MIET, MIMech, etc.) is preferable;

Knowledge of engineering related computer software application is preferable, e.g. AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation, Microsoft, etc.;

Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Engineer.

Immediate available is preferred.
