Keysen Property Management Services Limited is seeking an Assistant Engineer to support sales and marketing activities for IoT technology, E&M system equipment, and energy-saving building materials. The role involves preparing tender documents, quotations, and monitoring site progress, while building strong relationships with customers.

The ideal candidate holds an engineering diploma/degree and has at least 1 year of building services experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Associate/Degree in Engineering preferred.
• 1 year experience in building services or E&M contracting would be an advantage.
• Willing to learn, self-confident and proactive; able to work independently.
• Good command of English / Mandarin / Cantonese.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for Sale & Marketing of IoT technology, E&M system equipment and energy-saving building materials / go-green products.
• Prepare tender documents and quotations.
• Follow up on projects and site work monitoring.
• Build trust and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Coordinate with Engineering Team and manufacturers (Pre-Sales & After-Sales supports).

Education / Qualifications

Diploma, Associate Degree or Degree in Engineering discipline preferred.

Willing to learn, Self-confident and proactive

Able to work independently with self-discipline

Good presentation and inter-personal skills

Good command of English / Mandarin / Cantonese
