Job summary

Langham-Hote is seeking a professional to coordinate and supervise operation & maintenance for E&M building facilities across all stages. The role includes addressing technical enquiries from Landlord and Tenants and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The candidate should have a Bachelor Degree in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines and at least 3 years’ experience in operation and maintenance, contracting works and energy management.

Qualifications

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines.
• At least 3 years of work experience in operation and maintenance, contracting works and energy management.
• Good writing skills in English and Chinese.
• Hardworking, proactive and can work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise operation & maintenance for E&M building facilities.
• Contract administration, planning and supervision of works.
• Deal with technical enquiries raised by Landlord/Tenants and promote customer satisfaction.

Job description

• To coordinate, contract administrate, plan and supervise operation & maintenance for E&M building facilities, emergency repair, E&M modification and installation works, plant operation and fitting-out work in all stages.
• To deal with all technical enquiries raised by Landlord/Tenants and resolve all technical problems and promote satisfaction from customer.

Qualifications:

• Good writing skills in both English and Chinese.

Education:

• Degree / Higher Diploma in Building Services / Electrical / Mech. Eng. or related deciplines

Experience:

• At least 3 years of work experience in operation and maintenance, contracting works and energy management.

Job Requirements:
