Job summary

Joint Effort Engineering (Asia) Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an Assistant Engineer (Electrical / Building Services) to support engineers with documentation, basic calculations, energy/building services tasks and BEAM Plus/LEED coordination. Candidates should have a diploma or above in Electrical or Building Services Engineering, 1-2 years' experience, and be proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.

Good English and Cantonese communication is required.

• Diploma or above in Electrical / Building Services Engineering or equivalent.
• 1-2 years' relevant working experience in Building Services Engineering or related
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Cantonese

Responsibilities

• Assist Engineer for documentation, basic calculation, and measurement works including BEAM Plus / LEED coordination.
• Assist Engineer to coordinate with engineer/site foreman for site issues.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, sub-contractors and technical staff.

To assist Engineer for documentation / basic calculation / measurement works including existing building energy improvement, BEAM Plus / LEED coordination, and new E&M installation works in need;

To assist Engineer to coordinate with Engineer / site foreman for site issues in need;

To coordinate with clients, supplier, sub-contractor and technical staff in need.

Job Requirements

Diploma or above in Electrical / Building Services Engineering or equivalent

1-2 years' relevant working experience in Building Services Engineering or related

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office

Good command in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
