Job summary

ATAL Engineering Group in Hong Kong is seeking a Project Engineer to support tender preparation, bid analysis, and budget control. You will coordinate with clients, consultants and subcontractors to drive project execution and handle on-site coordination.

The role requires a degree in Electrical Engineering, 3 years’ experience in E&M or environmental projects, and strong bilingual English/Chinese communication. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in participation of E&M / Environmental projects.
• Strong written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
• Immediate availability preferred; candidates with less experience may be considered as Assistant Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in tender preparation, tender analysis, price negotiation and budget control.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, main-contractors and sub-contractors for project implementation.
• Handle project administration.
• Resolve ad hoc site matters and site coordination.
