Job summary

ATAL Building Services Engineering Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an Engineer at all levels (Electrical, HVAC, P&D, Fire) to join a dynamic team. You will liaise with clients and contractors, monitor site progress and safety, and assist the Project Manager with tenders, price negotiations, and budgeting.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Electrical/Mechanical/Building Services or related engineering disciplines.
• 3 years’ relevant working experience in E&M Building Services contracts.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients, main contractors and internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day project progress.
• Monitor work progress and site safety in compliance with contractual and statutory requirements.
• Assist Project Manager in tender preparation, tender analysis, price negotiation and budget control.
