Job summary

Randstad Hong Kong Limited seeks a driven Merchant Sales Executive to expand our regional footprint by owning the full sales cycle—from cold outreach to deal closure and onboarding. You will sell end-to-end payment processing solutions, including smart POS terminals, e-commerce gateways, and integrated software to business owners across the region.

You will prospect, pitch, and close SMBs and mid-market merchants, analyze merchant statements for cost savings, recommend tailored payment

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B field sales experience (payments, SaaS, or merchant services preferred).
• Strong negotiation, cold outreach, and financial analysis skills.
• Self-motivated closer with hunter mentality and a passion for technology.

Responsibilities

• Drive Acquisition: Prospect, pitch, and close SMBs and mid-market merchants.
• Consultative Selling: Analyze merchant processing statements to demonstrate cost savings and operational efficiency.
• Product Matchmaking: Recommend tailored payment technology solutions, including contactless readers, mobile checkout options, and virtual terminals.
• Pipeline Management: Build and manage a high-volume sales pipeline using CRM tools to achieve and exceed monthly revenue quotas.
