Job summary

JNR ENTERTAINMENT PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an experienced Event Project Manager / Event Management Specialist to join our team in Hong Kong. You will manage events from quotation and planning through to execution and post-event follow-up, ensuring client satisfaction and profitability.

You will coordinate with clients, suppliers and internal teams, prepare quotations, and oversee on-site execution, timelines, and budgets to deliver professional events that meet the agreed scope.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in event management, event planning or event operations.
• Strong understanding of the event planning and execution process.
• Experience in preparing quotations, costing and event proposals.
• Able to independently manage and execute events from start to finish.
• Strong project management, coordination and organisational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable dealing with clients, suppliers and different stakeholders.
• Able to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Hands-on, proactive and able to solve problems independently.
• Willing to work weekends, evenings and public holidays when required for events.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; experience with event management or project management tools is an advantage.
• Singapore driving licence is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage events from initial enquiry, quotation and planning to on-site execution and completion.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable event solutions, activities, entertainment and event services.
• Prepare event quotations, costing and proposals accurately.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, venues, freelancers and internal teams.
• Develop event schedules, timelines, manpower plans and setup requirements.
• Manage event logistics, production, setup and teardown.
• Be present on-site to oversee event execution and resolve operational issues when required.
• Monitor event budgets, costs and resources to ensure profitability.
• Conduct site visits and coordinate with venues and relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure all event requirements are properly communicated and executed according to the agreed scope.
• Handle last-minute changes and troubleshoot issues during event operations.
• Follow up with clients after events and support repeat business opportunities.
• Maintain proper documentation including quotations, event briefs, schedules and post-event reports.
