Job summary

Prudential plc is seeking an experienced events and project manager in Hong Kong to lead agent and client events, handle end-to-end planning, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. The role emphasizes design, communication, and a strong focus on delivering measurable business development outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in event and project management, is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, and proficient in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Finance, Economics, Insurance, Marketing, Wealth Management or related discipline.
• 5+ years' experience in event and project management.
• PC skills in MS Office, including Power Point, Excel and Chinese character typing.
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, mature, initiative & customer service oriented.
• Strong communications skills with fluent Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and execute end-to-end agent and client events to drive productivity.
• Design and execute seminars and events including project management, poster design and communication; follow up on payments.
• Coordinate and communicate with event stakeholders including external speakers, professional partners, internal key parties and agents.
• Follow through with post-event evaluation, analysis or continuation into other business development activities.
• Demonstrate understanding of business needs to propose appropriate Learning and Development and Client events; coordinate and populate the Event Calendar and planning.
• Handle projects as assigned related to business development scope.
