Job summary

Hong Kong Sports Institute Ltd seeks a Coaching Programme Assistant to support the Tier A* Training Enhancement Programme and Elite Training Programme. You will handle logistics, provide administration, and assist with budget preparation to ensure smooth programme operations.

Fluent English and Chinese are required; Putonghua is a plus. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint is essential. Immediate start is preferred, with a commitment to child protection and equal opportunities in sport.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 passes in HKCEE or 5 HKDSE subjects with at least Level 2, including English, Chinese and Mathematics.
• Or any post secondary qualification.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; Putonghua is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
• Immediate availability preferred;
• Awareness/ knowledge of Child Protection in sport and equal opportunity issues in HK context are an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide logistics support for the operations of the Tier A* Training Enhancement Programme.
• Provide administration support to the Tier A* Training Enhancement Programme and Elite Training Programme.
• Prepare budget, statement of accounts, and reports related to the Tier A* Training Enhancement Programme and Elite Training Programme.
• Coordinate with other internal departments on the support for the Tier A* Training Enhancement Programme and Elite Training Programme.
• Provide general support to the coaches involved in the Tier A* Training Enhancement Programme; and
• Perform any other appropriate duties as assigned by supervisor.
