The Henderson Hospitality Limited is seeking an exceptional Mixologist to join our team at The Henderson venue in Hong Kong. You will deliver high-quality service, recommend menu items, and collaborate with the beverage team to craft syrups and seasonal cocktails.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of relevant hospitality experience, solid wine and cocktail knowledge, and proficiency in English and Chinese. We offer a 5-day work week, medical and dental insurance, meal allowance, and discretionary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' relevant experience in hotel or sizable catering establishment with minimum 1 year in similar position.
• Solid knowledge of wines, spirits, and cocktails.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality service to guests and ensure their satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
• Provide menu recommendations and engage guests with professionalism and confidence.
• Collaborate with the beverage team to develop syrups, infusions, tinctures, and seasonal cocktail menus.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, including glassware, tools, and workstations.
