Job summary

Seiki Global Technology Pte Ltd. in Hong Kong is seeking an embedded hardware engineer to join the product team.

You will design and implement system control and interface PCBs, participate in debugging and testing, and help carry the PCB design flow from schematic to gerber generation. The role requires a diploma or degree in embedded systems or electronics, hands-on experience in hardware design, and familiarity with RS-232/RS-485, Ethernet and EtherCat.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Embedded systems or electronics is required.
• Experience in electronics hardware design, including circuit analysis and IO to a microprocessor.
• Familiarity with communication interfaces (RS-232, RS-485, Ethernet, EtherCat) is advantageous.
• PCB schematics and layout knowledge is highly preferred.
• Good problem solving, teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement system control and interface PCB with product development team.

Job description

Key responsibilities

• Work with product development team to design and implement system control and interface PCB
• Perform debugging, testing and improvement for existing and new products
• Carry out entire flow of PCB design from schematic, gerber generation and components selection
• Maintain CAD library for PCB Gerber and schematics document
• Perform other related duties

Key Requirements:-

• Diploma/Degree in Embedded system/Electronics or equivalent
• Experience in Electronics hardware design including circuit analysis, IO interface to microprocessor and components selection would be an added advantages
• Knowledge of communication interface like RS-232, RS-485, Devicenet, Profi-Bus, Ethernet & EtherCat is a plus
• Experience in PCB schematics and artwork layout is highly preferred
• Strong problem solving, teamwork and communication skill
