Job summary

A well-established IoT manufacturing company in Hong Kong is seeking a skilled Electronics Engineer to design and develop electronic and wireless products. This role requires at least 5 years of experience in electronic hardware system design, with a solid understanding of circuit design and PCB layout. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of solid experience in electronic hardware system design and development.
• Knowledgeable with EMC / CE / VDE / FCC / UL Standards.
• Hands-on experience in SoC design of electronics products.
• Familiar with oscilloscopes, multimeters, E-loads, data loggers for design verification.
• Experience with EMC/CE/VDE/FCC/UL standards and approval processes.
• Minimum 5 years in electronic hardware system design and development.
• Good command of English and Chinese, including Putonghua.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop electronic and wireless products
• Prepare schematic drawing, review PCB layout, prepare test plan and specifications
• Build prototype and hardware performance evaluation

• Work with test lab to resolve EMC/EMI issues to meet international standards
• Support sales and business team for RFI and RFQ

• Familiar with any of the following sub-systems a plus: Radar, LTE, WiFi, BLE, Zigbee, NFC / AC/DC conversion, DC/DC conversion, battery charging, wireless charging / AC motor, DC motor, Brushless motor / Display, touch, camera, LED flash light / Audio and acoustic
• Minimum 5 years of solid experience in electronic hardware system design and development
• Knowledgeable with EMC / CE / VDE / FCC/ UL Standards and familiar with approval process
• Demonstrated problem solving skills, quick learner and a good team player
• Good command of spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of solid experience in Electronic System Design and MCU/DSP Software Development
• Knowledge in 3-phase motor control
• Experience in Heat Pump and/or AC control an advantage
• Electronic Expansion Valve control experience a plus
• Knowledge in Analogy and Digital Circuitry
• Familiar in using oscilloscope, multi meter, E-load, data logger, etc.
• Familiar with any of the following sub-systems a plus: Radar, LTE, WiFi, BLE, Zigbee, NFC / AC/DC conversion, DC/DC conversion, battery charging, wireless charging / AC motor, DC motor, Brushless motor / Power electronics design
