Job summary

Lucky E & M Limited is seeking a Building Services professional to prepare cost estimates for tenders and budgets, and to support financial proposals.

The role includes drafting and updating detailed engineering drawings with AutoCAD, and monitoring project progress to ensure timely completion while coordinating with subcontractors, clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Education as stated: Higher Certificate or Diploma in Building Services, Electrical Engineering or related.
• 4-5 years of relevant experience in Building Services projects (Electrical scope preferred).
• Data Centre project experience highly preferred.

Industry Focus

Prior working experience in Data Centre project is highly preferred.
