Senior / Electrical Engineer - Residential projects

Project Delivery: Drive the execution of building services/electrical projects from inception through to successful handover.

Technical Management: Prepare and review engineering drawings, technical submissions, and material procurement documentation using AutoCAD.

Site Coordination: Oversee daily site installation work, quality control, and testing & commissioning (T&C) activities.

Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key liaison between clients, sub-contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.

What We Are Looking For:

Education: Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.

Experience: 6-7 years of hands-on experience managing electrical installation works within building services projects, less experience would be considered as Engineer

Technical Skills: Strong technical foundation with proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office applications.

Soft Skills: Self-motivated, problem-solver, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Languages: Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
