Job summary

Luen Sing E&M Engineering Limited is seeking a diligent Building Services Engineer in Hong Kong to oversee building services work on projects, coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors and government departments, and support planning, supervision and site operations.

You will review material submissions and shop drawings, assist in tendering and budgeting, and ensure compliance with contract specs. English/Chinese proficiency is required; BIM/Revit knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Service Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant site experience preferably.
• Knowledge of Building Services Installation and relevant statutory regulations.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Word and MS Excel.
• Independent, analytical, self-motivated, well-organized, good communications and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Knowledge in building information modeling (BIM) based on Autodesk Revit platform will be an advantage.
• Holder of Grade A registered electrical worker certificate or above will be an advantage.
