Job summary

Win Lee Building Engineering Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Building Services Engineer to lead tender submissions and deliver high-quality building services designs. The ideal candidate holds a Degree or Higher Diploma in Building Services or related disciplines and demonstrates strong CAD proficiency.

Requirements include a minimum of 10 years’ experience in Building Services tendering submission, excellent written and spoken English and Chinese, and the ability to work independently.

• Proficiency in CAD drawing.

• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Building Services Engineer;

Immediate Availability is preferable

We work5.5 days per week.
