Aether Education in Hong Kong seeks a passionate Education Sales Consultant to deliver premium education consultation for families exploring IB, A-Level/IAL, IGCSE, and HKDSE pathways. You will conduct one-on-one family consultations, design bespoke study and admissions solutions, and nurture long-term client relationships.

We are seeking a passionate, client-focused Education Sales Consultant to deliver premium education consultation for families exploring IB, A-Level/IAL, IGCSE and HKDSE pathways. The role involves conducting one-on-one family consultations, designing bespoke study & admissions solutions, nurturing long-term client relationships, and helping families secure suitable learning programmes for their children.

Key responsibilities

Deliver structured, consultative one-on-one meetings with parents and students to understand their academic background, learning pain points, curriculum preference and long-term education goals.

Provide professional advice on curriculum choices (IB DP/MYP, A-Level/IAL, IGCSE, HKDSE), tutoring options and university admission planning for local and overseas applications.

Create or adapt custom service proposals and study plans aligned with each student’s needs, clearly introducing our tutoring and admissions consulting packages.

Build trusted, long-term client relationships; communicate transparently, manage client expectations and help families make informed education decisions.

Track client journey from initial enquiry through consultation, proposal, contract closing and smooth onboarding; regularly update client progress records.

Collaborate with in-house teaching team to align service arrangements and share student background information.

Represent Aether at education seminars, fairs and networking events to develop new leads and market brand awareness.

About you

Bachelor's degree or higher from a recognized university. Background in education is a strong plus.

Proven sales / education consulting experience in tutoring, school admissions or premium education services is a plus.

Familiarity with current curricula and admission landscape for IB, Cambridge, Edexcel and HKDSE.

Excellent command of English; fluent Cantonese and Mandarin are required to communicate with local and Mainland families.

Patient, articulate and client-centered mindset; able to tailor consultation style for families with different expectations and budgets.

Reliable, punctual, and professional; comfortable working in a fast-paced education centre with flexible meeting scheduling.

Results-driven, self-motivated, with strong negotiation and closing skills.
