A patient, enthusiastic, student-centered approach is essential. Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant subject, with experience in IB and Cambridge/Edexcel curricula.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in the relevant subject from a recognized university.
• Proven tutoring/teaching experience in IB DP/MYP, A-Level/IAL and/or IGCSE/GCSE is a plus.
• Familiarity with IB, Cambridge and Edexcel syllabi and assessment criteria.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a passionate, qualified teacher to deliver high-quality, personalized tutoring for students following the International Baccalaureate (IBDP/MYP) and Edexcel/CIE A-Level/IAL curricula. The role involves conducting one-on-one or small-group sessions, preparing students for exams, coursework, and internal assessments, and helping them achieve top grades.

Key responsibilities

Deliver engaging, structured one-on-one or small-group lessons in your specialist subject(s) across IB and A-Level/IAL curricula.

Prepare students thoroughly for examinations, including past paper practice, exam techniques, time management, and targeted revision strategies.

Create or adapt teaching materials, worksheets, notes, and resources aligned with official syllabi and marking schemes.

Foster a positive, motivating learning environment; build rapport with students and encourage critical thinking, independent learning, and academic confidence.

Monitor student performance and contribute to reports on progress and areas for improvement.

About you

Bachelor's degree or higher in the relevant subject (e.g., Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology) from a recognized university.

Proven tutoring/teaching experience in IB DP/MYP, A-Level/IAL, and/or IGCSE/GCSE is a plus.

Familiarity with current syllabi, exam formats, and assessment criteria for IB, Cambridge, and Edexcel boards.

Excellent command of English (near-native level) and Cantonese/Mandarin are advantageous but not necessary.

Patient, enthusiastic, and student-centered teaching style; able to adapt to different learning needs and levels (from core to higher/extended).

Reliable, punctual, and professional; comfortable working in a fast-paced education center with flexible scheduling.
