Job summary

The Recruitment Consultancy Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Manager, Education Products & Commercial Growth to lead the end-to-end development of education programs for upper-primary to pre-university students. The role blends educational judgment with commercial accountability to deliver market-ready programs that are well-operated and financially sustainable.

Qualifications

Typically five or more years of relevant experience in education products, enrichment programs, tutoring, student development, admissions preparation, educational technology or related field.
Experience developing education products or programs from concept through launch and delivery.
Strong understanding of how students experience education programs and how parents evaluate and purchase them.

Responsibilities

Review existing programs to assess customer demand, educational value, competitive positioning and commercial performance.
Research student and parent needs, admissions trends, competitor offerings and market gaps.
Define student audience, parent proposition and potential institutional customer for each product.
Develop business cases covering demand, curriculum concept, delivery, pricing, costs and revenue potential.
Maintain a prioritized roadmap of programs to develop, test, improve, expand or discontinue.
Develop go-to-market plans with marketing, admissions and customer-facing teams.
Translate educational features into compelling benefits for students and parents.
Monitor enrollment, conversion, retention and revenue, adjusting plans as needed.
