Job summary

The University of Sunderland In Hong Kong Limited is seeking a Student Recruitment Manager/Education Consultant to lead market growth and expand student enrolments through performance-led marketing and sales strategy.

You will direct end-to-end conversion from enquiries to applications and enrolments, build recruitment campaigns with internal marketing colleagues, deliver events, outreach, and trainings, and track KPI performance to translate insights into improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or business development, student recruitment or direct admission, or CRM.
• Demonstrable track record of delivering measurable sales outcomes in education or service industries using KPIs.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end conversion from enquiries → applications → enrolments.
• Build recruitment campaigns with internal marketing stakeholders.
• Devise and deliver events, seminars, webinars, and information sessions
• Manage and conduct school/community outreach, fairs, and scheduled visits
• Track and report on KPI and sales performance; analyse competitor strategies, market trends, and student preferences; translate insights into actionable improvements.
