Job summary

First Digital in Hong Kong seeks an Ecosystem Partnerships Lead for Finance District to build and run strategic partnerships, spanning e-commerce platforms, foundations, and infrastructure partners. You’ll translate Finance District capabilities into partner roadmaps and drive durable value through integrations, grants, and co-marketing.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in business development, strategic partnerships, or ecosystem roles in crypto/fintech.
• Proven end-to-end partnership origination and closed deals.
• Deep crypto and Web3 knowledge; familiarity with AI agents is a plus.
• Strong technical fluency to read code and partner docs, and to scope integrations.
• Existing network in Web3 and ideally commerce ecosystems.
• Global experience across APAC, EU, and US or capability to operate across regions.
• Experience representing a company publicly at major industry events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and run strategic partnerships across priority categories and platforms.
• Originate, structure, and close integration deals, co-marketing, and grants.
• Identify opportunities as the agentic economy evolves and coordinate with Growth.
• Scope integrations with partner engineering teams and manage due diligence.
