Job summary

中國移動 is seeking a senior professional to lead ecosystem governance and partner development in Hong Kong. The role involves defining onboarding/offboarding processes, managing SLA frameworks, and driving joint ecosystem initiatives with developers, startups, and universities.

Responsibilities include establishing standards aligned with corporate strategy, enabling partner performance through data-driven metrics, and delivering programs that grow ecosystem revenue and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5 years or above relevant working experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Communication Engineering, IT, Software Engineering, Information Security, Big Data, AI or related disciplines.
• Develop full-lifecycle ecosystem governance standards aligned with corporate strategy.
• Rich experience in partner/channel development and SLA management.

Responsibilities

• Ecosystem Governance Framework: Establish ecosystem management policies, define onboarding and offboarding workflows for ecosystem partners.
• Partner (Channel) Development: Conduct partnership communication, qualification assessment and contract signing.
• Ecosystem Co-creation: Partner onboarding, joint solution development, certification system setup, joint marketing and commercial opportunity sharing.
• Ecosystem SLA Management: Deliver enablement, performance assessment, incentive and offboarding management for ecosystem partners.
• Ecosystem Application for Developers / Startups / Universities / SMEs: Provide documentation, training and incubation programs and other support.
• Performance Assessment: Track metrics including ecosystem enablement volume, ecosystem value (revenue) and ecosystem satisfaction.
