First Digital is seeking a Growth Manager for Finance District in Hong Kong to drive community-led growth and developer activation for its agentic payments and on-chain economy. You will report to the Finance District Lead and own day-to-day growth execution, including early customer conversations and hands-on support.

The role is hands-on with no immediate team, offering mentorship from the Finance District Lead and a clear path to Growth Lead as the function scales.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in growth, developer relations, community, or founding GTM at fintech or crypto startups.
• Hands-on contributions to community-led growth or developer activation.
• Experience onboarding or closing customers personally, even at small scale.
• Strong written communication – technical writing, community posts, social.

Responsabilités

• Activate developer and builder communities to drive agentic payments and on-chain economy.
• Collaborate with Marketing to manage content calendar and tutorials for tutorials and demos.
• Represent the brand at events and manage post-event leads and engagement.
• Maintain clean CRM hygiene and weekly funnel reporting.
• Provide hands-on support to early users during integration and onboarding.
• Surface strategic partnership opportunities for Ecosystem Partnerships.
