Job summary

Delken Group Limited is seeking a Website and Operations Executive in Hong Kong. You will update website content, banners and product listings, ensure descriptions, images and pricing align with brand guidelines, and support campaign launches across the site.

You will analyse site performance, propose UX/UI improvements, collaborate with QA, Customer Service and Logistics to handle inquiries, monitor orders and ensure seamless online-to-offline campaigns, and maintain SOPs for e-commerce

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in E-commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in commerce operations, digital marketing or website management.
• Proficient in using e-commerce platforms (e.g., Hybris, Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or similar).
• Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and website analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics).
• Proficiency in Cantonese and English is a must.
• Experience with CMS tools or HTML/CSS basics is preferred.
• Knowledge of e-commerce performance KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in updating website content, banners, and product listings in a timely manner
• Ensure product information (descriptions, images, pricing) is accurate and aligned with brand guidelines
• Support campaign launches and promotional activities across the site
• Collaborate with the team to analyze website performance and propose UX/UI improvements
• Work with QA team to set up QA tasks to identify and report any bugs or broken links
• Monitor site navigation and assist in implementing enhancements to improve conversion and retention
• Liaise with Customer Service and Logistics teams to handle customer inquiries and resolve order-related issues
• Track and follow up on order status, returns, and delivery performance
• Support inventory updates and coordination for new product launches
• Work closely with retail team, technology innovation team and supply chain teams to support campaign execution and ensure seamless online-to-offline coordination
• Assist in generating operational reports and performance dashboards
• Maintain accurate documentation and SOPs for e-commerce processes
