Delken Group Limited, a leading high-tech electronics consumer products company, is seeking an Assistant Manager, Performance Marketing to join its team in Hong Kong. You will drive online marketing campaigns and optimize performance to meet conversion KPIs across channels.

You will spearhead strategy, manage a campaign calendar, and collaborate with agencies to boost eCommerce sales, while analyzing data with Google Analytics and other MMP tools to improve ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, Multimedia, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce and/or digital marketing.
• Proven track record in digital and performance marketing campaigns achieving brand KPIs and sales conversions.
• Hands-on experience with paid search, display advertising, SEO, social media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube), and Google Analytics.
• Familiarity with app promotion, MMP solutions, and optimization techniques.
• Data-driven with knowledge of metrics, KPIs, ROI analysis, and A/B testing.
• Target-oriented, thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Excellent organizational skills, energetic self-starter, motivated, and a strong team player.
• Strong business acumen with ability to understand business metrics.
• Proficient in English and Chinese.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for achieving conversion KPIs for online marketing campaigns
• Initiate new online marketing strategies and identify market opportunities to increase online revenue
• Oversee the annual campaign calendar and coordinate resources for executing online marketing activities
• Lead the online marketing agency in creating and designing digital campaigns that boost sales for eCommerce channels
• Establish metrics to measure and report on campaign performance
