Hill’s Pet Nutrition Asia Limited in Hong Kong seeks a results-oriented professional to manage the online brand store, working with Brand Team and Customer Development to ensure a cohesive brand message and enhanced pet parent experience.

The role involves developing campaigns across retail channels, leveraging retailer databases, and using marketing automation to personalize consumer interactions while driving digital transformation and growth across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing and Management or related disciplines.
• Experience in Performance Marketing, Social Media Management and Shopper Marketing experience, preferably in Demand Generation roles.
• Knows their way around the tools of marketing automation, social listening platforms, Google Analytics, and so on.
• Familiarity with the pet food business is highly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Managing financial and business performance metrics of Hill’s online brand store.
• Align goals with Brand Team and Customer Development for a cohesive brand message and improved consumer experience.
• Create and manage targeted consumer campaigns across retail channels using retailer partner databases (email, social, etc.).
• Utilize marketing platforms/automation tools to streamline lead generation and personalize interactions.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives internally and externally.
