Job summary

Nutrition Asia Group is seeking an energetic Marketplace Operations Executive to manage HKTVmall and other local platforms in Hong Kong. You will handle listings, pricing, stock, and customer inquiries while ensuring top-rated seller metrics.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of e-commerce ops experience, familiarity with HKTVmall MMS, and strong Ms Excel skills. Fluency in Cantonese and English is required with Mandarin a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on e-commerce operations experience.
• Experience with HKTVmall MMS is required.
• Experience in FMCG/health & wellness/sports nutrition or retail distribution is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Fluent in Cantonese and English; basic Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store front operations on HKTVmall MMS and other local marketplace platforms.
• Handle product listings, SKU setup, content uploads, imagery, pricing updates, and stock availability across platforms.
• Monitor order fulfillment flow, customer inquiry responses, and return processing to ensure top-rated seller metrics.
• Extract daily sales, traffic, conversion, and stock reports from marketplace backend systems; onboarding brand stores on additional local online platforms.
