Responsibilities

• Website and System Maintenance: keep our e-commerce platform updated and running without issues.
• System Updates: input and maintain new products, prices, images and relevant information in the system.
• Troubleshooting: identify and solve basic system glitches and technical problems.
• Data Accuracy & Auditing: cross-check system data to ensure product information is accurate and up to date.
• Team Support: handle ad-hoc tasks to support the operations team.
