Job summary

APM is seeking an E-commerce Assistant to support day-to-day operations of online business across multiple websites and one app. You will manage product listings, ensure accurate data, and assist in optimizing the online shopping experience to drive satisfaction and sales.

Responsibilities include QA, localization, and data synchronization between PIM and Shopify while coordinating campaigns and site improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 1–2 years in e-commerce operations or website coordination.
• Experience with Shopify Plus is a strong plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Maintain data synchronization between PIM and Shopify, ensuring consistency and up-to-date fields.
• Coordinate QA to verify AI output for accuracy, grammar, compliance, and product correctness before publishing.
• Assist in optimizing website and app product discovery, including navigation, filters, and on-site search.
• Keep content translated, up-to-date, and functioning across the site and app.
• Support seasonal campaigns and localization efforts.

As an E-commerce Assistant, you will support the day-to-day operations of online business, before and after add to cart. With a focus on enhancing the online shopping experience, you play a vital role in ensuring smooth operational workflows and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage product listings and landing pages on eCommerce platform, ensuring accurate titles, descriptions, images, fieldsacross 7 websites & 1 App and more than 15 languages.
• Maintain accurate product data synchronization between the PIM and Shopify, ensuring fields are consistent and up to date.
• Coordinate human review / QA to verify AI output for accuracy, grammar, compliance, and product / technical correctness before publishing.
• Assist in optimizing website and App product discovery journey including navigator, filter, on-site search, products recommendations, cross-selling, etc.
• Maintain the eCommerce website & App, ensuring that all content is translated, up-to-date and functions correctly
• Assist in implementing seasonal campaign and localization.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to inform E-commerce decisions.
• Analyze heatmap and screen recordings to provide A/B test recommendations and address issues.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback and reviews to identify opportunities for enhancing the shopping experience.
• Support the team in analyzing sales data and performance metrics.
• Handle ad hoc tasks and project assigned.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Business or other disciplines.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations or website coordination.
• Experience with Shopify Plus is a strong plus.
• Competent in Microsoft Office Skills.
• Able to perform multi-task and work in fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, self-motivated, organized and detail-oriented.
