Job summary

Morgan McKinley is seeking an ERP Consultant to be based in Hong Kong on-site, leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations across finance, supply chain and manufacturing. You will drive workshops, design solutions and coordinate with international clients to align with global standards.

We require 6+ years in ERP consulting, proven full-cycle delivery of ERP projects, deep knowledge of finance processes, and strong client-facing experience across the US and Europe.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in ERP consulting and implementation.
• Proven experience delivering full-cycle ERP implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of finance processes and accounting workflows.
• Experience working with clients across the United States and Europe.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders from finance, operations, supply chain and manufacturing to understand business requirements.
• Analyse business processes and convert requirements into clear functional specifications and practical solution designs.
• Lead the configuration and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across finance, supply chain and manufacturing areas, including planning, bills of materials and routings.
• Manage the full implementation lifecycle, from requirements analysis and solution design through to user acceptance testing, data migration, deployment and go-live.
• Collaborate with technical teams on system integrations, extensions, custom development and issue resolution.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve operational efficiency and introduce automation.
• Prepare and deliver user training, documentation and post-implementation support.
• Work with international stakeholders and clients to ensure solutions are aligned with global standards and business practices.
