About the Role

You will be part of the Hong Kong-based apparel sourcing office of Catalyst Brands LLC. In this role, you will lead the merchandising function across Knit, Woven, Intimates, and Tailored garment categories, managing an annual business volume of approximately USD 150 million. Drive business growth, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and team development through effective leadership of 4 Merchandise Managers and 13 merchandising professionals.

Responsibilities

1) Business Management

• Manage and grow a USD 150 million apparel business portfolio


• Balance growth, dive cost saving, and speed-to-market


• Identify new business and category growth opportunities


• Monitor business performance and address commercial risks


• Motivate teams and suppliers to pace along with company strategies

2) Merchandising & Operations

• Oversee product development and order execution across all categories


• Ensure competitive costing, quality, and on-time delivery


• Drive sourcing and process improvement initiatives


• Partner with suppliers and cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Resolve commercial and operational issues effectively

3) People Leadership

• Lead, coach, and develop 4 Merchandise Managers and 13 team members


• Drive performance management and talent development


• Foster a collaborative and accountable team culture


• Support succession planning and organizational growth

Qualifications
