Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• 20+ years of apparel merchandising experience with at least 7 years in managerial level.
• Proven experience leading large merchandising teams.
• Strong knowledge of apparel sourcing, product knowledge, and people management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop 4 Merchandise Managers and 13 team members.
• Oversee business management and drive a USD 150 million apparel portfolio across Knit, Woven, Intimates and Tailored categories.
• Drive sourcing and process improvements to ensure on-time delivery and competitive costing.
• Monitor performance, manage risks, and align with company strategies.
