Job summary

Gate Gourmet in Hong Kong is seeking a Dispatch Officer to join our Transport Team. You will respond to airline customers quickly by phone, walkie-talkie, email, telex and fax to arrange extra meals and items, and ensure flight information is accurately updated across departments.

You will coordinate with the transport team to deliver to flights on time and work rotating shifts including morning, afternoon and overnight.

Qualifications

• HKCEE/DSE or above.
• Shift/airport operation experience preferred.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.

• Respond to airline customers' requests quickly via telephone, walkie-talkie, emails, telex and fax regarding extra orders.
