Job summary

Gate Gourmet Hong Kong Ltd. invites applications for a Dispatch Officer in our Transport Team. The role involves handling airline orders and updating flight information to multiple departments to ensure timely deliveries.

We offer a shift-based schedule including morning, afternoon and overnight rotations. Fresh graduates are welcome; fluency in English and Chinese is required for communication with airline customers.

Qualifications

• HKCEE/DSE or above.
• Shift / airport operation experience is preferred.
• Figure sensitive and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome.
• Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Respond to airline customers’ requests quickly via telephone, walkie-talkie, emails, telex and fax regarding extra orders of meals and items.
• Ensure all accurate flight information and orders are promptly updated to various operational departments.
• Coordinate with transport team and organize delivery to the flights on time.
• Work at rotated shifts including morning, afternoon and overnight.
