Job summary

Ambition is partnering with a leading global life insurer to appoint a Senior Project Manager to drive a high-impact insurance operations transformation in Hong Kong. You will own the rollout of a new agency operating framework across Hong Kong, collaborating with Regional Office and local stakeholders.

Key duties include reviewing local practices end-to-end, refining guidelines, mentoring change management, designing pilots, and delivering a detailed project plan.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience in insurance operations or agency management.
• Proven ability to lead transformation and change initiatives.
• Exceptional communication and executive-level presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Review local practices against Regional Office guidelines across the agency journey.
• Refine operating guidelines and documentation to align with new standards.
• Serve as primary liaison with Regional Office and provide progress updates.
• Negotiate guideline exemptions for local market adaptations.
• Design and oversee pilot programs before full rollout.
• Communicate changes effectively to agents to ensure adoption.
• Develop a detailed project plan and implementation roadmap.
• Monitor adoption and manage change across agency personnel.
