Job summary

W11 Limited, a premium club in Hong Kong's high-end service market, seeks an Assistant Sales Manager to drive sales and membership expansion in line with the club's development strategy. You will set targets, oversee revenue growth, develop strategic partnerships, and lead a high-performing sales team to deliver exceptional member experiences and premium events across Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration or related disciplines; MBA holders preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in senior sales, business development and full-scope team management with cross-regional coordination.
• Extensive professional network with track record in high-end client and institutional partnerships; experience hosting high-end events and speaking.
• Excellent negotiation, strategic planning and leadership with results orientation under pressure.
• Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English with strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with Hong Kong's high-end service market and cross-regional operations.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute sales and membership expansion strategies, annual business plans, and targets to meet revenue and membership goals.
• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships, expand high-value networks, and drive long-term cooperation projects.
• Develop key and potential members, conduct negotiations, and maintain full-cycle relationship management.
• Plan and host high-end salons, thematic sharing sessions, and member activities to enhance loyalty and belonging.
• Lead and coach the sales team; establish standardized business operation processes.
• Research market trends and competitive landscape in Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area; provide optimisation recommendations.
• Participate in business and social occasions as a senior representative to maintain premium brand reputation.
• Submit regular business reports to management and track KPIs.
