Job summary

Animoca Brands Corporation Limited in Hong Kong seeks a hands-on senior institutional sales leader to own distribution end-to-end across our institutional product suite and shape the partnerships that scale the business. In this role you will lead a small team (1-2 associates), build demand for tokenized RWA products, and drive fundraising and strategic partnerships with EAM platforms, digital asset platforms, and family offices.

English is essential; Mandarin a plus.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years in institutional sales/distribution or capital raising in digital-asset space.
• Demonstrable relationships with allocators and institutions in APAC including family offices, EAMs, funds, banks and treasuries.
• Fluency across traditional fund products and on-chain products (stablecoins, tokenized funds, RWA).
• Experience operating under financial-services regulation in HK/SG or comparable jurisdictions.
• Has led or is ready to lead a small team; player-coach by disposition.
• Mandarin a plus; English essential.

Responsibilities

• Institutional distribution: Build institutional demand for tokenized RWA products and identify assets to onboard.
• Fundraising: Lead fundraising for upcoming fund products from anchor stage to scale.
• Strategic partnerships: Originate and negotiate distribution partnerships with EAM platforms, digital-asset platforms, family offices/HNWI.
• Team leadership: Manage, develop and hold accountable a small team of 1-2 associates.
