Moody's Investors Service in Hong Kong seeks an accomplished senior sales leader to drive end-to-end selling of Lending Solutions and AI-enabled offerings to banks and financial institutions. You will build pipelines, close deals, and advance revenue growth with senior executives.

The role demands 15+ years in B2B financial services sales, deep lending/AI knowledge, and outstanding relationship, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of B2B sales experience in financial services.
• Proven ability to grow revenue through consultative sales of complex software/SaaS/analytics.
• Deep knowledge of Lending solutions and Generative AI workflows.
• Strong understanding of the global financial services industry and drivers.
• Excellent relationship-building skills with senior banking decision-makers.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills with demonstrations, workshops, and proposals.
• Interest in AI and responsible AI practices, risk management and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end sales process for Lending Solutions and AI-enabled offerings.
• Meet or exceed annual sales goals and targets.
• Generate new business opportunities across Lending Solutions and Generative AI.
• Qualify prospects, initiate activities, manage sales cycles to closure.
• Build and maintain relationships across client and prospect organizations.
• Collaborate with Product Management/Strategy to support improvements and new revenue.
• Assess client needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities and introduce relevant products.
• Develop market expertise and provide product/use case insights.
• Coordinate with client services and implementation teams for seamless engagement.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates.
• Travel to client sites as required.
