Profile Executive Search is seeking a Director, Institutional Sales for Greater China to drive business development and fundraising in the region. You will cultivate relationships with pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, insurers, and endowments while partnering with investment, product and capital formation teams.

The role requires a proven track record in capital raises, deep knowledge of alternative investments, and the ability to lead strategic sales efforts across Asia.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in institutional sales, fundraising or distribution within asset management or alternatives.
• Established relationships with institutional investors across Asia (pension funds, SWFs, insurers, endowments).
• Strong knowledge of private equity, private credit, infra and real assets.
• Proven track record of raising capital and managing senior relationships.
• Experience engaging with investment consultants and institutional due diligence.

Responsabilidades

• Drive fundraising and distribution across Greater China with institutional investors.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow assets under management.
• Position firm's alternative capabilities with investment teams and clients.
• Lead client meetings, due diligence sessions and presentations.
• Identify new opportunities and cultivate CIOs and consultants.
• Manage full fundraising cycle from origination to mandate execution.
• Maintain market knowledge of trends and investor needs.
• Support campaigns, product launches and client engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders for a seamless investor experience.
